ITINERARY:
6:20AM: Depart Paddys Palace Hostel on Paddywagon corner, at the very bottom of Lower Gardiner Street. Meet your enthusiastic and highly traiend professional Tour-Guide and the other tour members, load up and off we go on our adventures. You can snooze and relax as we transfer acrsoss the middle of Ireland to Galway, a 2.5 hour drive approx with a short toilet and coffee break.
9:30AM approx: Arrive in Galway, a short-break for a tea/coffee and a toilet stop to freshen up and we`ll take the scenic drive out to the Port of Rossaveal in Connemara. Then its all aboard the super modern Aran Islands Ferry to begin our 45 minute journey to paradise - Inis Mor (the Big Island!)
11am: Arrive on Inis Mor, you will be greeted by our wonderful Island guides - Tomas O`Toole and his team and they will show you their Island, its beaches, its stone walls, its ancient monuments and all the stories and folklore behind them. The highlight of the day is undoubtedly Dun Aengus, a soon-to-be UNESCO world heritage site, this gem is a semi-cricular stone fort perched perilously on top of mind-blowing 500ft high sea-cliffs, this is a life affirming moment!
After a comprehensive guided tour youll have loads of time for lunch, to go hiking, swim with the seals, or simply shop for Aran Sweaters to your hearts content.
5PM: Return from Inis Mor on the Ferry
5.45PM: Return to Dublin, arriving in Dublin at 9PM approx
