Paddywagon Tours are looking for flexible Retail Associates available to work full time in our store. Interviews will be held by invitation.

We are currently recruiting for Customer Associates with ambition and drive to help us provide our customers with top quality service.

• All applicants must be 18+ years of age & eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
• All applicants should be able to commute to Dublin city centre on a daily basis
• All applicants must have a native or bilingual level of English
• Business/Native level spoken Spanish is desirable but not compulsory

The suitable candidate will have:

• A passion for retail as well as an interest in the tourism sector
• Excellent people skills and an excellent telephone manner
• Be a confident communicator and have a passion for helping people
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Have an in depth knowledge of Dublin City Centre and Ireland
• While admin skills are not essential they are extremely beneficial for the role

Duties will include:

• Helping to maintain the shop
• Organising and updating inside and outside displays
• Ensuring that used stock is maintained as required
• Keeping prices and point of sale up to date
• Meeting and greeting of customers
• Ensuring all stock is retail ready
• Assisting with any tourist information
• Promoting and selling our company's day tours of Ireland
