In the morning look forward to experiencing Cliffs of Moher from the water with an optional boat tour or from the viewing telescopes of the visitor centre high above.

In the afternoon explore 15th Century Bunratty Castle and Folk Park (entrance included) and maybe a cheeky pint of local beer at Durty Nelly's Traditional Irish Pub just outside.

Following the pandemic, full clearance has again been given to the cruise line industry to dock at Ireland's ports of Dublin, Dún Laoghaire, Cork, Cobh and Belfast. We are seeing cruise numbers starting to boom again. During peak- season (May 1st - September 30th) multiple cruise ships are expected at the major ports on a daily basis. This small group tour tends to sell- out well ahead of departure for most dates within this period. Accordingly, we recommend advance reservation where possible, to avoid disappointment.

    Your tour collects this morning from a number of Dublin's leading 5 star hotels (see booking calendar for addresses and times).

    Your vehicle is a premium black Mercedes- Benz tour vehicle custom built to seat not more than 25 passengers. Sit back and relax into the plush leather seats and stretch out your legs.

    Your driver today will be one of the most experienced in the business and will have the group on the road as efficiently as possible.

    NB: You do not have to be a guest of the named hotels to be collected from any of them.

  • Boat Cruise from Doolin (optional)

    3.5 hours after departure and a short refreshment stop, the tour will arrive into the village of Doolin at approximately 11:00.

    At this point, group members will have the option to experience Cliffs of Moher from the water with one of the best local boat operators (optional - additional cost) or to view from above. Those who decide to take the optional boat cruise on the day will be dropped to the boats at Doolin Pier and introduced to recommended captains.

  • Cliffs of Moher from above

    Those who prefer to view the Cliffs from above will be taken straight to the main visitor centre by the driver after dropping boat cruise participants at Doolin Pier (just a few short minutes drive).

    NB: Skip the line access (EUR 10.00) is included in the cost of this tour.

  • Bunratty Castle & Folk Park and Durty Nelly's Pub

    You'll depart Cliffs of Moher together by 14:00 and arrive at Bunratty Castle & Folk Park by approximately 14:45.

    Bunratty Castle is a large 15th century townhouse in excellent condition near Ennis in County Clare.

    Enjoy approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes here to discover the Castle and Folk Park - or for thirsty guests perhaps a cheeky refreshment at the adjacent Durty Nelly's Traditional Irish Pub - one of the best in the area.

    Your EUR 10.00 entrance is included to Bunratty Castle & Folk Park. Cheeky pints at Durty Nelly's not included.

  • Arrive in Dublin approx 19:45

    The tour departs Bunratty at approximately 17:00 and all going well on the road we expect to drop you in downtown Dublin by approximately 19:45 in time for aperitifs and late dinner reservations.
